Gosh,how long an answer do you want to that one? Unfortunately there are all sorts of reasons why some people see a skewed version of themselves in comparison to what the rest of us see, including, but not limited to, never being praised as a child, emotional abuse, eating disorders, bullying, radically altering your shape but still feeling 'fat' etc.

The lady here isn't looking for reassurance herself in an arguably attention seeking way... her husband just wants to give her a bit of a boost that's all
