End of freezer clearance

Im currently trying to eat all the crap ive stocked in my freezer ready for the 6 monthly defrost, damm those buy one get one free offers.

For tonights dinner i have some frozen green beans, 4 pieces of scampi, 2 fish fingers and a potato waffle.

When i had my new kitchen i purposly got one with a much smaller freezer i couldnt justify all the stuff i ended up throwing away.

It does mean i cant batch cook as much but at least now i eat whats in there

After seeing friends with stuff at the bottom of their chest freezers for years, I got a larder freezer. It's almost the size of a door but I have one drawer for veg, one for fish, one or poultry etc. I can see exactly what I've got so nothing goes to waste. I also got a 14" wok for batch cooking currys. Too many bogoffs in a short space of time can still be a problem though.
