A cold can of Irn Bru and some ice cream always works for me

Unless its been a really heavy session...then nothing known to man can help me

Have another drink but make it a little weaker than normal that will perk you up a bit

Someone told me to sweat it out - and stupidly I listened to them

I didn't even sweat it out in a good way I went for a really long bike ride ( 20 miles ) and now I'm BROKEN!

I'm going to have another glass of wine and a chinese.
