I am quite proud of myself, building it up for each of the last 3 summers from 10 km originally.

Is it something you do on your days off?

That sounds way too energetic for me but well done! A little horn tooting is definitely in order!

I managed the whole of that new tom cruise film the mummy on my spin bike, not the same as riding out in the wind but still long enough lol

Just East of Wakefield

Should be out a bit later this morning, maybe a 'hilly 50' (miles) on the eastern edges of the Pennines

Maybe, with a jaunt up HolmeMoss?

I had been wanting an outdoors meet, with a TV, but no-one's offering, so it'll probably be a hard ride instead

Well done on your 70k

Nope not for year's,the poor thing is sitting lonely in my shed. It's probably the best place for it really unless I'm in an open space

Take the seat off the post and ride down a cobbled street

".... My bicycle ride .... Has anyone else been out on their bike?"

Over the last 10 weeks I've been doing 50 mile rides but next Saturday I'm doing an 85 mile ride to Skegness.

the land of saints & sinners

I'm guessing riding 185 miles across Wales in a single day then the getting knocked off less than a mile from home a few days later is a bit like blowing my own trumpet....
