In which case...

Fella with the biggest in his back.

Lady on top, straddling him.

The above sounds like it's playing by numbers. Just play as you would any other meet and when the time is right you'll find yourself in a position that is necessary. Riding is usually the easiest though but lube isn't really a necessary as everyone is usually pretty turned on should it get to that point.
