has been having some diet problems of late

as we all know trying to eat healthily when you have such problems is hard

so my fellow fabbers

I've persuaded her to put a picture up I think she looks the picture of health

( that's the polite way of putting it by the way )

so could you all be darlings and fab her picture if you think like me she looks the picture of health please

I do know how it is, there are times when I put weight on, holidays for instance and it used to bother me, but now I just accept the way I am and just try and keep on top of it, it is harder as you get older, I have found!

Tried to fab, but sadly no longer visible. Think we all have bits of us we're not happy with - and to varying degrees on different days. Just remember that for each person who doesn't find our shape appealing, there will be another who will be quietly thinking 'Phwoooooaaaaarrrrr!', even though we may never know. Irrespective of not being able to see your photo the fact that so many people (men and women) 'fabbing' you tells you all you need to know. As a little experiment dress up nicely until you FEEL good about yourself, then go out shopping, making sure you carry yourself confidently - shoulders back, head up - and see how differently people are with you. Smile and chat, make eye contact and others will respond to you. In turn you'll feel great. It's what we put across to others. Have a great day and love who you are.

No, it's not. I get it all the time. I can see people looking and wondering why a tall, gorgeous blonde is with a short, bald bloke. Suspect they think i'm loaded! Lol!
