They think guys who go gym and are in shape look down on or dont like women who arent as in shape ect. Personally i think almost all women are sexy in their own right its very rare i look at a female form and cant see something i like about it or find it sexy in some way. I do whole body workouts but it's easier working my upper body than my legs, so I make sure I keep a balance. I also work in a fair bit of cardio to keep burning some fat as well as a bit of swimming. I'm pleased with the improvements and weight loss. But my favourite body part is my right little toe but it doesn't do much working out | |||
