Do you find it as easy to cum in the bath, hot tub etc as on dry land?

I don't orgasm very easily but I've got a super little toy which sorts me out most of the time when I need some relief. It's waterproof so I tried it in the bath today. I'm quite a prolific squirter so it made sense, to save cleaning up afterwards. However, it felt good but I just couldn't cum. In the end I gave up and lay on the floor and was cumming in minutes.
