Relax, is probably the biggest tip.

Take it as slowly as possible, and don't go all in straight away...millimetres at a time, pause regularly so she can get used to it, and try small toys to start things off.

Sometimes though, if it's not going in it's not going in - it's an exit hole, after all!

Touching with a finger to get used to the feeling of being touched, then with plenty of lube slowly insert one finger. Once shes comfortable with that then do two. My advice is much the same as everyone else's and I'm sure most of this you have already tried.

Obviously use lube- but use a good one. Something that's not tacky or sticky even if you've been playing a while. You can also get specific anal lubes which may be worth looking into, especially to start perhaps a desensitiser (don't worry it won't take all the feeling away just helps relax those pesky muscles)

Warm up- using fingers is easiest, try one wait til she's happy and then try two. Depending on your girth will depend on whether you think you need to try more but two of comfortable is usually a good sign for the average. Alternatively you can use a toy but they can be slippery little bastards when using lube and often complicate the situation, especially if your mrs is a little tense as there is no give. Using your fingers you will be able to feel when she's relaxed.

Distraction- the more your mrs is thinking "oh god it's going in" the more tense she will be even if she doesn't know it. Play with her nipples or her clit (or get her too) the more excited and stimulated she already is the more relaxed she will be. If you start off cold then she's going to instantly clench without even meaning too. The more excited she is the better. (I like to think of it in terms of teasing her until the point that she would be desperate for you to fuck her... if she's that turned on then she'll definitely be relaxed)

Go slow- real slow. Infact sometimes the only thing to do is to stop. Once you've put your head in the rest will follow. The tip is the hardest part.
