Meat on the bone

So right now I am in Portugal and last night I had the best ribs ever so much meat on the bone they were just perfect not had them like that for a long time. So my question to you is do you like them meaty or skinny

Meaty but ones you have to work with.

I can tell when they have been pre boiled.

Nothing worse than picking it up, the meat falls off and your left holding just a bone.
