Nil Sine Labour

Nothing without work

I as diagnosed with cancer 6 years ago and ever since then I have given myself a yearly challenge. It is a sobering experience but also a life affirming one. A major job change, several physical activities and an educational challenge.

Cancer is not fun. I know but your attitude will get you through it.

Take life by the balls and tell the cancer to fuck right off..worked for me. X
