Roasted salmon and summer veg tray bake, with basil and mustard yoghurt.

Kids are away and it's got lots of stuff they wouldn't eat, black olives, anchovies, green beans. I'm loving having full control of the menu!

It's our last night at The Castle tonight, and we're making use of their fantastic Gourmet Restaurant. No idea what we'll be having yet, but I'm sure it'll be awesome.

So to update, for starters we both had.

DUCK & SWEET ROQUITO PEPPER TERRINE

With Water Melon Textures & Curly Endive

Then for the main bit, Anita had

LUMLEY CASTLE`S SIGNATURE DISH LUMLEY BEEF FILLET

Stuffed with Blue Cheese, Wrapped in Parma Ham Served on Potato Rosti with Wild Mushrooms & Port Wine Jus

And I had...

PORK FILLET

In a Peanut & Pink Peppercorn Crust, Vermicelli Noodles, Pak Choi & Pineapple, Chilli & Honey Jus

Then finally for pudding, I had

PRALINE & BANANA CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

With Caramelised Banana & Banana Ice Cream

And Anita had...

ICED VANILLA PARFAIT, SCENTED WITH ROSEMARY

Raspberry Jelly & Raspberry Sorbet.

AND it was bloom in yummy
