Has anyone watched this on "Challenge"?

It's Japanese "It's a knockout", and it's near impossible to finish the course

On the mens competition this morning, 100 started and 98 were eliminated on the first circuit, the other 2 only completed 2 obstacles on the second circuit.

So there's no winner

Yes watched it quite a few times...round 2 is even harder.

Have seen Takeshi's Castle a couple of times (our daughter loves it) that is pretty funny.

Ninja Warrior is one of our favourite programmes. It's deliberately difficult and very few get through - just makes it more interesting to watch. Western competitions are namby pamby in comparison

(The programme involving burying people and other insane challenges was called 'Endurance' ... those Japanese certainly know how to entertain the masses! )

Watched it for a few years now, the old series with Stuart "Its A Knockout" Hall was great, nobody can commentate like him.

As you say though, this latest series takes it to a new level.

There are some fantastically fit men and women competitors though.

I love Ninjas, i love it when they chops stuff up while blindfolded! Slish, slash, slish wish, slash, slush all in a micro second and the cucumber and chorizo sausage is in lots of nice thin slices and the sexy assistant still has all her fingers
