I should point out I'm on a diet and looking for something low in calories to replace the spuds...and jo. ...if it gives me a bit off movement. .all the better

One meal a day...and a apple and pear late on.

I know people will say it's not the right way....but it's the only bloody way it will come off

There are no rules you as a tgirl cannot break, though I'd advise never mixing the leftover gravy with the leftover custard, unless you enjoy the dry boak. No point gagging on your own.
