...I'd look at the private notes that people leave on profiles.

What would you do?

If I was admin I would delegate all the day to day duties to someone else ...

Otherwise I think micromanaging the site would become such a nightmare it would cease to hold any appeal ....

I think what we have now is great and I wouldn't change much other than perhaps introduce a sexuality filter, although if that were to happen I'd probably miss mocking the life out of those Fab straight guys who target my mailbox .....

Of course they can. When people report mail they have to go read it to sort it.

Not saying anyone has reported you btw! Just an example.
