You beat me to it, highlights are the A50 eastbound, the D-road north or south, and the M6. Enjoy your trip OP. Get in, get out as fast as you can is my advice.

You need to try the Stoke byepass ... that's a recommendation & not a road

And keep your windows up passing through, Shelton, cobridge, Northwood, bentilee, Abby hulton, hanley, stoke, penkhull, Longton, Dresden, blurton, Fenton, middleport, long port, tunstall, goldenhill, everywhere really.

And don't be fooled by Newcastle under Lyme, they can smell innocent outsiders too.

D road- they now think we have a substandard dirt road
