Does anyone else,suffer from daily headaches and migrains,its got to the stage if i havent got one i worry.How do you cope.

I don't suffer personally however a friend used to suffer terribly. She read that having her Daith pierced as it's supposed to help, turns out her

Suffered for 30 years ( migrains) ,mine are set off from something as simple as skipping a meal to too much sun . Copping is going to bed usually half blind and spewing .looked at the ear piecing but not sure . Want to talk more kik message me
