Experimental chicken and butternut squash hot pot in the slow cooker. Smells lush right now, but have the takeaway menus at the ready.

Yes i eat a well balanced diet but sometimes between work and hospital i don't have time nor the inclination to cook so i eat breakfast then and a dinner type meal in the morning when i do have time and the inclination to do it. Porridge or weetabix with milk are very good for me anyway.

However, as a treat, i am now having a particular chicken curry being cooked especially for me.

Fair enough, that's why I have batch cooking days making two or three different dishes then freezing most of it. Am cooking ma Pasanda from fresh tonight though before the footy comes on

We don't like stuff out of the freezer even if we have cooked it ourselves originally. We just cook fresh every day, mostly chicken. I rarely eat beef and never lamb.
