I get lower back pain during my time of the month but I don't think chocolate is going to cure you, I massage the bottom of my back with my fists, like rub it quite hard in a circular motion. Aside from ibuprofen and pain killers I don't know what to suggest.

But orgasms are supposed to help pain relief, try having a little wank, no harm.

Haha. I dont think that will work. If i curl into a ball that soothes it. I did take 3.400 mg of ibuprofen over the space of 7 hours. Even at an overdose rate it didnt touch it. Just gave me the runs and belly ache.the rubbing sounds goid tho

Kneel down on all 4's. Tuck your chin to chest and push your ass back as you fold your knees.

Hold for 30 seconds, and then repeat. Stretching like this can help lower back pain loads and if it's not hurting anymore doing it is unlikely to cause any further damage.

Somewhere / Everywhere /Kinksville

Our chiropractor sells something called biofreeze.

Apparently the rule is, if you touch the affected area and it feels warm, you apply something cold and vice versa.

Also those gel packs that can be frozen

or warmed.

Careful with codeine for long term use because it can be addictive.

Central

Take the different pain killer types at the same time, with caffeine too if feasible. They work in different ways so may help in combination.

The pain gels are ideal and can be used with tablets, subject to dosing rules.

Heat and ice.

Menthol can reduce pain too. Not a polo.

Try a gentle swim. The water supports your weight and helps to unlock all of the muscles which tense up around the point of the pain.

As someone said, stretch it out. Back injuries love nothing more than immobility to take hold. Also heat (cold is for the immediate post injury phase) will stimulate muscle re growth.

Codeine is good but has a constipatory effect - make sure you up your fluid intake.

Deep heat despite being old school is remarkably effective - much like Tiger Balm and easier to source.

Try some Movelat Gel. You can use it in conjunction with pain killers too.

It really is good stuff

Ask your doctor or pharmacist for naproxen. I have been given them several times for trapped nerves and migraines x

back pain from the lower

if the leg has pain or burning sensation the same side

it could be sciatica nerve

or disc problem

swimming is good as the body is weightless in the water

for pain relief speak to your doctor they may want a scan to show up any tissue damage and give you the correct pain relief

a medication to discuss prescribed only is gabs as they block the nerve in the brain from feeling pain

as with all pain relieve taken regular your body becomes immune and pesters for a higher strength

alternate what you have with paracetamol through the day

look for a pain relief that can be taken with paracetamol

so you alternate during the 24 hour period, thus giving you a stronger doze without affecting your health

boots are very good for this

i wish you well with it all

good luck op
