What am I?

I'm really not a morning person at all, I'm more of a 2pm type of guy lol, my mind works better at night for some reason I've given up trying to figure out why, I'd rather spend my morning sleeping rather than eating, gyming, working , even sex lol, now I remember the days of my ex riding me awake lol but it would take me a good 10 mins before I want to join in. She did love riding though so no complaints from her. I guess what I'm saying is I'm more of an initiator later in the day than I am in the morning, anyone else out there like I am?

i'd love it if mornings were still night time and we didn't have to go to work until after dinner and society revolved around this kind of body clock.

That's why we need to divorce big business from the government, as long as they stay online they want accrue the power needed to affect us like that, for example chlorinated chicken from america, I love America but chlorinated chicken!!! Come on man

most of it should, yes. although i suspect some of it means products became cheaper instead of wages going up for the majority of people.

The way it use to be, food shopping for a month less than 20, imagine buying a house now for 20 000 or less. There's no reason all those red bricks should cost over 100 000. Must have seen us coming lol.

think the average price of a house now is 1/4 of a million? i don't even know anyone who'd earn that in their lifetime i think.

it is only recently that prices went up so much, like the last 10 years almost.

We would have to think long term like grandkids long term if want to buy, everything at the moment is shifting towards renting/leasing and not ownership, missed payments, oops start again please. Sounds like we're playing a board game lol

monopoly?

i have 4 kids, one house is going to be (fairly) useless to them. never seen the point in buying my own place, all the repairs are down to me then also and i think my rent is cheaper than a mortgage so might as well not bother for that reason too.

Snakes and ladders I'm thinking about although I do like monopoly. When you put it like that yes rentinfbdoes sound better but I do like the satisfaction of owning where I lay my head knowing I can make what ever changes I want without landlords etc. You are right that one won't go far with four kids better they get on the ladder themselves, hopefully the future is brighter.

oh yeah, snakes and ladders is most likely to send you back to the start.

i don't think they'll mind if they get on the ladder or not. my town (although cruddy overall) is in a good location so there is huge competition for housing here so no idea what will happen really. but thanks. i don't mind renting and prefer it really, feel quite stable about my home too, if i lose it i can just find another one.

you could buy one with monopoly money, mine is worth £40,000 to buy. i've been here 7yrs+ so will cost less than that even.

they are warmer but also retain a lot more damp, i have black moulds here and there upstairs. and my downstairs bathroom also smells damp/mouldy.

they're not sturdy either, needed to have a fair bit of repairs since i've been here and even ended up homeless a couple of years ago because the boiler broke and flooded my whole house.

Sounds like a fixer upper for a Saturday morning but we both know I won't be up before 12 lol ?? . Boilers!! I hate those things, give me an electric shower any day, I do like it being cold though as I don't use my heaters much. Like being in a sweater and wool pants with hot chocolate. I'm thinking about christmas already. On another note I do hate seeing mold, I always break out the strong chemicals.
