We are friends with someone on facebook but they never see any posts we make and we don't see any they make.

Anyone know why ?

They could of selected the option not to see your posts.

A useful tool for ignoring people one FB without actually unfriending them

Added to that they might have hidden their posts from you too. I did that to someone for months, then it took me weeks to notice he'd deleted and blocked me.

Facebook have an algorithm that decides for you who you see and what you see. You'll only ever see posts from circa 10-20% of your "friends"

Best way to get more engagement from FB on this is to tag them in the occasional post, comment and like on their posts (by finding them on their profile) - this will tell FB you're a close friend and you will see more of them! X
