a Primark shoebox in Leicester

What a lovely morning. Beautiful sunshine. I stopped painting and went shopping; bought a few plants for the garden. When I got home I forgot all about the painting and went into the garden. Suddenly I realised.... do the washing now! Don't wait for the weekend, it's perfect weather

The very moment the machine finished the ferking sun vanished!

No thanks.... I've just made myself:

Meringue nest smothered with a huge dollop of Channel Island extra thick double cream with blueberries and raspberries sqidged into it and drizzled with raspberry coulis before topping with crushed meringue

No thanks.... I've just made myself:

Meringue nest smothered with a huge dollop of Channel Island extra thick double cream with blueberries and raspberries sqidged into it and drizzled with raspberry coulis before topping with crushed meringue "

i'm on my way !!! no cream for me tho - not wanting to appear fussy or anything lol

thats one of my favourite desserts xx
