Not that I've caught more than a snippet of an episode I can honesty say I would struggle to hold a conversation with the host or any of the competitors ....

I agree about the host but the competitors some are highly intelligent but their fitness levels are on another level

Being intelligent doesn't equate to being a stimulating conversationalist ..

I find them very shallow and self obsessed
