im not gonna pretend to be some IT expert because im clearly not, however next to the www.fabswingers website i have a little grey globe..

being nosey i clicked on this and it said

'The site isn't using SSL. Most sites don’t need to use SSL because they don’t handle sensitive information. Avoid entering sensitive information, such as usernames and passwords, on the page.'

In my opinion i think this site contains a fair amount of 'sensitive information'

Is it just my web browser that shows this or anyone elses? Is there a way that FABS can increase security protection?

I am guessing any information like E-mail addresses etc won't be visible....and I am also guessing Granny is right, it is more sensitive information it is talking about.

What personal information do we all have on here other than an E-mail address?

Haha granny!!!!

But, as always she is right. Sensitive information will relate to stuff covered under the DPA.

We`ve no need fer extra security...nothing on our profile that compromises us...we used a secondary e mail address...

Not that we overly care...we`re far from ashamed to be here...and we`ve just as much chance meeting a nutter off the site, as on it ...

Shrugs...
