Going through a little run lately, of having msg's sat in my outbox that have been read, but not replied to or deleted....

Why?

Surely it's read them..... reply or delete

I reply to all msg's sent to me, even if I don't think it's what the person possibly wanted to hear

What do you do?

i don't read most of them, don't even notice my inbox usually unless i'm already chatting to someone in there.

when i do notice i skim down the page, can read most of them already so don't need to open them, some i look at their pics and decide i'm not interested in them.

i'm not into many guys, don't have a type as such but still whatever it is i like i don't see it much on here.

Christ.

That's unheard of. No wonder you are upset.

I can't think of one reason why some woman you have written to shouldn't reply.

Just wait a while longer. Im sure it'll come.

So is your inbox full of unwanted and mostly unread msgs?

Why don't you delete them?

You can get messages read them and then mark them as unread ...not that I've done that

I try to reply to all of mine ..some get lost but I do reply eventually

Northampton Somewhere

If I can see a message has been read but I haven't had a reply I tend to think they're not interested. I delete my 'read sent messages regularly so I can't think about it too much....

Haha.

Story of my life.

I get over it by getting rid of all my yellow messages in sent messages regularly.

Life's too short to worry about it.

I was asking why people read msgs then either don't reply or why they don't just delete them?

We don't always delete messages. Sometimes this is just laziness, sometimes it's because we want to make sure that both of us have seen it, sometimes it's because altho we aren't looking for a meet at the moment they may be of interest.

Best thing to do if it bothers you is delete your sent messages and then it won't matter

I'm sorry to say that is true - some days 50+ messages, of which only one or two are interesting. There's just no time to deal with all the rest.

Why don't you just delete after you send the message, if it bothers you?

People don't have to reply or delete. It's up to them how they decide to manage their inbox .

My phone is slow and clicking 'delete' on each message takes too frickin' long. I bulk delete sometimes when I've responded to them all. The mail system is just a pain in the arse to use and keep 'clean'.
