After a pretty awful night in general, I could do with a few hugs or treats to cheer me up. Restore my faith in humanity or whatever.

Any ideas on what to do?

Remember the miserable moments are only there so you can enjoy the happy times more you're in good shape the chocolate will do no harm and there's plenty here that will gladly help you work it off

Now the important questions are a) what chocolate (or is it a given that it'll be a bumper bar of Cadbury's), and b) donyou have someone to provide healing hugs?

A big fat cake and a glass of prossecco or wine. Stick some music on loud (only jolly music .. nothing slow or emotional) and start dancing. Guaranteed to cheer you up OP xx
