I find it fascinating how many people like to open their approach to me with a question about whether they believe I'm shy or not and think that saying that I can't be shy is something I'd find a compliment or enticing, when actually what they're doing (but probably don't realise) is telling me that I'm lying.

Blushing, grinning like a fool and being reduced to a mumbling buffoon were a regular occurrence for me before I started my oen business. Then it was a case of pretty much making a front of confidence appear overnight or I wouldn't have had any customers
