How long do people spend on average on a social meet is it a quick hello to see if you like each other

Completely depends of the person and the flow and topic of communication. I don't set a time scale.

Nope, I'm not a purchase to be checked over.....if someone doesn't want to spend an evening with me and enjoy my company, and I want the same, then I very much doubt things will go further.

I've sat and had coffee over 4hrs once. Granted, it was a lot of coffee, and not just a giant cup.

Ive spent a few hours with people having a drink / meal

Least amount of time was around 30 mins having a coffee and chatting talking about likes dislikes and basicly to see if there was any attraction between us and met again a gew days later

No time scale at all can be from a few minutes to a few hours

We like to make an evening of it or linger over lunch. That doesn't mean everyone has to though. Go with whatever you and your prospective meet want

Anything from 30mins just for a safety aspect before play up to a couple of hours or more since you can lose track of time when in good company

I would completely lose track of time if I was with you.

Yes. If I've still got something to talk to you about, I'll stay until we're finished.

I think it depends who you are meeting and what you want out of the social.

We personally don't really do socials so couldn't say.

Northampton Somewhere

I've had socials where I've burnt my tongue to get out of there and others that have been over a leisurely lunch. Depends if we got it off or not....

It depends. You can pretty much tell straight away if they are not your type... Then it's a quick coffee. If theres chemistry, it can go on for hours
