Tonight I'm making my low fat cheats beef stroganoff (20mins instead of slow cooking) - turns out it's also one of my son's favourites that I make.

What is your fave meal?

Deep dish.

Par boiled and halved new potatoes in the bottom of the dish.

Wire rack above the potatoes.

Belly pork on the rack.

Slowly roast it, so the fat dribbles down the onto the potatoes.

Serve with a bit of veg.
