Great news for those ever wishing to take there employer to a Tribunal. Fees have been deemed as unlawful!

Anyone who has paid a fee after 2013 should get there money back .

This is great news and more than beyond time. The only downside is that there will now be a huge influx of claims, some of them potentially spurious!

We lost a few lawyers at work because of this. I just hope they also extend the limitation time so that those who could have made a claim but didn't due to cost now get their chance.

Quite true and I'm also delighted with the news. Although in my recent experience, some unions appear to have lost quite a few of their powers, or so it seems.

Unions are as strong as there membership. Unfortunately employment law has tied the unions hands .
