so just wondering if I turn on who's near whilst away in Menorca will it pick up local people or people near where I live???

No it will pick up the people in Menorca I think

As when I am out about I put it on to see whose close

There and to the left a bit

When we were in Paphos last year - "Who's Near" showed people local to Paphos so should be the same in Menorca

Yes it will pick up people near your present location via the signal from your phone

When i was in Thailand a few months back it picked up a guy who was within a mile. We did message each other but it was too late to meet up as we both had plans.
