Flags or windmills

I've been thinking about childhood holidays on the beach, and in preparation for the Chams beach party later this month, are you a flag or a windmill kind of person when you've completed your sand castles?

I was more of a WW2 fighter pilot strafing sandcastles with rocks pretending to blow them up.

Nah, always thought Godzilla/Kong was a bit silly really. Specially them wierd Japanese versions of it. Wtf were they all about?

Hmmm now ya see!,,,,, the ever present danger found while scavenging beaches looking for things to adorn ya sandcastle, is to inadvertently pick-up a lump of petrified dog poo....well, that’s if you lucky!!!... and if your not lucky .... it ain’t petrified!!!! ewwww

Flags, but they where small ones, i used to make great big moats round my sandcastles. Thats all we needed on holiday was a bucket and spade

I put shells on mine as well but we used to collect the pretty shells and take them home then paint them with clear nailvarnish and some poor unsuspecting grandparent would get them as christmas presents
