Italian bread. Provolone cheese. Lettuce, tomato, onion, black olives. Oil and red wine vinegar. Salt, pepper, and oregano. Then a splash of vinegar on the top piece of bread and honey mustard sauce.

There are some great diners in nyc that do a potato, egg, and cheese sandwich on a roll. Fucking delicious. It's scrambled egg, home fries (with peppers and onion), and melted cheese on a roll with salt and pepper.

I'm getting hungry...
