I saw this thread today and actually thought vast majority posting are regular posters of own and on other posts..so it hardly seemed like an outcast thread to me.

What I realised today is things like 'I'm new hello' get more hits that an existing me member who feels low.

Like other day was an existing member, forum poster (not me) who obviously felt low. Said was down in dumps. Only one other person bothered to ask if the op was ok...left to own devices I guess at time of need.

Yet if the post is from someone new everyone jumps in to say hello or if a post goes up from a popular person...loads of posts..normally all about shite like cake and what sweets one is eating. Not so sure this post round is so many of the regular posters...but given what you wrote...thought would step in. I post quite a bit..I average about 30 replies

although have had a few closed threads, so subject matters can't be that dull

I think some may get replies occasionally but they are sporadic compared to others.

It's simply a thread created by another member who's wasn't online when the other one closed. So I reopened it.

I'm not entirely sure if you are happy it's here or not but it's always good to see any thread posted if people are responding. As long as no-one is getting abused or made to feel bad, then the more the merrier

I watched the food factory tonight and it got me thinking.

They was saying the smell of things made food more appealing.So there working on tommorows technoligy where your electronic device sprays the smell of the picture your looking at into your face.There currently trialing over 1500 smells and a combination of those smells could make the perfect smell of the item your looking at to make it more appealing to you.

Could this work on fab? you open Your inbox and get a blast of chesse or fish or poo hole smell.

We seem so detached from some sences so could this work? x
