Do it affect your mood . If your getting it ?. Or not getting it .? SEX do it affect your mood how you are as a person.?

Yes sex affects my mood I need sex daily if I don't I have to use toys I feel contented afterwards if I cant have sex for more than a few days I'm very grumpy (Kat) xx

I love sex but if I have to go with out it doesn't bother me. Rarely masterbate more than once a week sometimes two weeks.

I find after sex I get very hungry though

Its similar but I think it's just the high levels of oxytocin at the time. Once that fades it effects me.

Yes it do affect my mood. I'm more driven and hungry when others aren't fulfilling their obligations. I sleep better and am happier, on average, when satiated.

I actually get this too, it's quite hard to manage after and the only thing that makes it easier in the short term is more sex for me? Other than that just time?
