So I took my son's g920 steering force into a certain retail outlet to sell it as my son never uses it...

After waiting 45mins I went back and they said a component was missing ...

A xbox 360 breaking cable

So I'm confused as this never came with the steering unit

And surely an xbox 360 component would be compatible for a piece of equipment designed for xbox one :-/

Any gaming experts that can clarify for me

Unfortunately 360 stuff isn't compatible with One stuff. The cable would just be an adaptor to allow it to be used on the One. Try Ebay they're probably a couple of quid on there if you need one.

I'm going to set it up and check it out as I'm certain my son didn't need the breaking cable, I've seen the cable on amazon ....

I will then just put it on gum tree for him
