gym pains

Any advice please on postwork out dom pains , i warm up and cool down , its been a while since i worked out. But these pains are making me very uncomfortable.

Hot baths and stretching are the way to go.

My legs are killing me today and I can only imagine that tomorrow will be death!

Lower body im fine no pain at all , just upper mostly pectoral and biceps and triceps.
