For the purposes of education, perhaps saving a few tears too - forumites create a definitive list of what doesn't constitute a Timewaster.

I'll throw one in -

Not having read or replied to an unsolicited message within a disgruntled users expected timeframe. Or even at all.

I thinking one of the problems is some people only want to chat and flirt on messages, and that is absolutely fine, but the problem is when the other person is not aware of that, they keep messaging back and forwards, but a meet never happens.so they feel their time and efforts having wasted. =TIME WASTER

Like MrsSB, people should be expected to chat with many more people than they'll meet, so either side could lose interest at any point- though no one has set out to not meet, they just discovered they were incompatible. The rejected don't cope too well with silence
