Seems a lifetime ago now, although in reality it was less than 10 years. Part of the struggle is that people have always said that you are a "big bloke" and thats how you see yourself, so you stop at a bodyfat % that is still pretty high. It took me quite a while to get used to people describing me as "slender" or "slight"...
