Quit smoking.... diet time

So quit smoking five months ago which I am really happy about. Problem is I have put on almost four stone.... now it's time to diet and exercise.

Going for loss of 4 stone by xmas, what are people's best diet tips?

I'd recommend downloading the my fitness pal app and start logging EVERYTHING you eat/drink. You can enter your starting weight and enter your goals and it will work out your calories for the day.

Well done on quitting

I too gained a lot of weight when I quit the fags, it's still hanging around 10 years on! Slowly coming off with the help of slimming world though
