How come? Doesn't feel like I e had a weekend unless I have a Sunday lunch. If you were closer I'd plate you one up.

I normally work Sundays, but now I'm off I'm home alone and seems pointless just for me.

It's got to be rib of beef with Yorkshire pudding, English mustard, and crispy roast potatoes for me

What potatoes are people using for their roasties then? I was on the bartlet red rooster bastards but I've recently switched to king Edward and I get a lovely crisp off them.

Bedworth

My favourite has to be either chicken or beef.

I like lamb but find it very fatty and a faff to remove all the fat before I eat it so we don't have it very often.

Pork has to be a lean cut such as loin. Again it's a faff to remove the fat if it's a cheaper cut.

Chicken is my go to meat if I'm honest, I've been experimenting with beef and found the best way to cook it is by putting water in the tray. Beef is crumbly and juicy, doesn't dry out and I have lovely stick for my gravy.

Love Sunday dinners, usually cook one every Sunday, even if its just for me.

Lambs my favourite, can't beat it.

And I am also the KING of cooking whole chickens

See now I used to raise lambs, bottle feed them from birth, give them collostrum, watch them frolic and grow. Could never eat lamb (sshh I do in a keema naan but try not to think of it)

I'm good with chickens, I sprinkle aramat over the skin and rub its skin with salt and do some weird things to it and they turn out lovely!
