It really depends on my mood, I love and I mean love a great chunk of well prepared perfectly cooked (medium rare) steak, but you can't beat getting messy with some juicy tender slow cooked ribs Mmmmmm hungry now

I enjoy both but steak would win every time, medium rare- but pushing closer to rare. Cooked to perfection and rested so that it's own juices create the flavour, just some seasoning and not spoilt with sauce

Sometimes I want to get sticky and finger licky and other times I want to use the sharpest knife to slice through meat.
