Yeah I know it's not Thursday but I need to rant.

Why is it so hard to employ people?

Is it really easier and better to stay at home watching Towie, playing gta and smoking than it is to get to an interview?

All those people complaining they want a job, no you clearly don't.

Otherwise you'd turn up punctually, well presented and looking like you want the job ffs...

i actually don't want a job, so yeah you're probably right.

can't say i blame people though, wages aren't great, jobs take up a hell of a lot of your life, paying for things is shit as well.

why can't everything be free and voluntary?

Maybe you need to look at your selection process. If the people you are inviting for interview are not meeting your expectations then maybe that's the place to start
