Iceland, but Aldi is closer..

Sailors used to think dugongs were mermaids and fantasise about them...

Having seen dugongs, they are not the most attractive of beasts, it must've had something to do with the rum all those sailors drank...

Definitely a case of beer goggles..

here in ireland many people will regale you with stories of the faé and the older generation will scold you if you curse small mishaps , they often insist such things are the work of mischevious fairies . in rural ireland fairy mounds and fairy forts are common on farm lands and most farmers will never plough or sow over fairy mounds , to do so is very bad luck so farmers tend to be superstitious and err on the side of caution . Make of that what you will

If I do find an elusive unicorn I shall be keeping for myself,

I am quite close to discovering the droppings from a rocking horse tho, apparently they are easier to find?!
