It's the leftovers from beer fermentation and I'm sure you don't mind those "mites" in your beer or bread..

Now the white rind on soft french cheeses is the one that scunners me, it is packed full of cheese mites munching on that penicillin packed rind and when the rind gets an orange tinge, it's swarming with the little living buggers.. Yum,yum...

Now the white rind on soft french cheeses is the one that scunners me, it is packed full of cheese mites munching on that penicillin packed rind and when the rind gets an orange tinge, it's swarming with the little living buggers.. Yum,yum... "

He's right about it being made from the shite left over from fermentation. I work at a brewery and trust me if you seen it or smelt it come to that you'd never eat it again. Its fucking minging
