"You can do all sorts of things... How about Chinese style - lay the fish in tin foil, add some fresh ginger, chili, spring onions, coriander, a bit of soy sauce and a squeeze of lime juice. Seal up the foil and bake in the oven - lovely with some rice and pak choi. You can curry it, make a fish stew etc etc! Hope you enjoy whatever you do! I'm having salmon roasted with mediterranean veg... Yum! " wow that all sounds great! will try the chinese stile next time, when have ingredients, yum! | |||
