I may sometimes come across as quite confident, but off of this site I'm quite an insecure person.

I don't do much of the school pick up due to work, but try and attend as many school activities as possible.

There's a dad there, who has from day one made it obvious he likes me and apart from saying the odd 'hello' that's as far as our conversation has gone.

On the last few school events I've felt that uneasy, someone is staring at me feeling and then I see him staring, smiling at me.

Last week I had the same feeling behind me and turned around and he's got his phone in his hand, pointing at me and not the sports event!

Hubby is furious at his behavior, any suggestions??

You'll have to do it then. Being 'furious' about the behaviour does you both no good unless you tackle it.

I'm not sure what you can do apart from telling him he's making you feel uncomfortable and your husband feel very annoyed and ask him to stay away from you.

That's another dilemma I have, my daughter seems to becoming good friends with his daughter!!! And I can't tell her not to be friends either, that's unfair, but I had to make up an excuse (which I still feel guilty about) why my daughter couldn't have a sleep over at that family's house recently

First of all, you could take it as a compliment because others view you as attractive.

Also, just keep clear. If he makes a move, then that's the point you verbally reject him. If it progresses, your other half needs to verbally tell him and if it doesn't stop, either punch his lights out or inform the cops.

It's a difficult one and I can imagine how uneasy you feel. However I'm not sure really what can be done.

It's not a Police matter, as a complaint that a fellow parent at a school has smiled at you and said 'hello' on a couple of occasions (however weird it is the way he does it!) won't have crossed any lines. Similarly he could argue he was just looking at his phone and not filming you.

But if his behaviour is odd or uneasy I guess there's not much that can be done without some sort of confrontation. Either you or hubby will, eventually, have to say something unless you ride it through and it naturally just falls away.
