Here's something I bet hasn't been talked about on here.

Today I ate some crispy chilli beef. Yesterday I ae some fresh pineapple.

My lips feel like they have been burnt off.

OP, you may have an intolerance to pineapple and the chilli beef is igniting already tender tissue.

You can use pineapple as a cleaning substance.

I can't eat ginger as it makes my lips swell, crack and feel tender.
