Does anyone else enjoy a good afternoon nap at the weekend? What's your preference on location? Sofa or bed?

More importantly does anyone want to join me for a nap?

Always try to nap before a night shift but sods law seems to make every child suddenly decide to scream outside and all the neighbours mow their lawns

Can't beat a nice afternoon nap, it's not a recent thing, I've always enjoyed it.. Afternoon sex and then a nice nap though , even better.

I'd love a nap! Especially since the kids got me up 6 times last night!

But being a full time carer to a disabled child and a 21 month old, neither of whom nap anymore, means it's a no-go for me.

Power napping would totally ruin me. My nighttime sleep is already a mess. The last thing I need is to not need to fall asleep at all.

If I did , I'd sleep on the rug.

Was out late last night so an early afternoon nap on sofa was in order. You don't realise though hold much the body cools down even if weather is warm. Make sure you cover yourself.
