If you have been chatting to her and she thought that you were 44, she was obviously ok with your age. I would make sure she is aware that you are a little older as this could change things possibly. I would ask her though but as mentioned before, if she says no thanks, just respect her wishes. Xx

Happened to me in real life and was a work colleague, was sorting out a new mortgage deal and he tried to help even though I had it all in hand, I was 33 and he was 60+ and married so I never thought for one minute he was after anything else and I am not naïve! I had to spend the next 5 years trying to avoid him, not a nice position to be put in!
